Workshop Notes: This was our 143nd workshop and our second workshop in Connecticut (both in the same month!). This was our first time at this location and it was great - we will be back here for more workshops in the future. The weather was much more cooperative than at our recent workshops in PA and CT when it was unreasonably hot and humid. We were able to shoot both inside and outside at this location, which has an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

We had about 6 or 7 models at the workshop. Well, 7 if you count Dina who got stuck in traffic and got to the workshop just in time to do three one-on-one sessions. One of our models, Vicci, was added to the lineup after midnight on the morning of the workshop when her agent emailed me and asked if I could use another model. Fortunately, I said yes, as she turned out to be one of the most popular models at the workshop, and we were lucky to get her right before she was planning to move to Denver.

This was the first time for Kenyetta, who is the wife of one of our long time workshop attendees. It was also the first time for Tara, who was provided to us by Meadowlands Modeling, and also for Christie and Sherry, who were recruited by my associate Frank Wood.

We had 14 paid photographers at the workshop (plus a few guests), giving us almost a 2:1 photographer to model ratio. The workshop was held at the home of one of our new workshop attendees, and besides him (and his 25 year old niece) there was only one other photographer from CT at the workshop. There was one photographer from MA, and another one from PA, and the rest were all from NJ and NY. So, come on CT people, if I'm going to run workshops in your state the least you can do is come to them!
