FROM NJ and POINTS SOUTH, TAKING THE GSP, TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE AND THE MERRITT PARKWAY:
From NJ take the Garden State Parkway north to its northern end. Continue north into NY State to the NY State Throughway (I-87 and I-287) and go East. Follow I-287/87 right across the Tappan Zee bridge. Just a short distance after the bridge toll take Exit 8 (not Exit 8A), to continue on I-287 to Cross Westchester Parkway to New England. Stay on I-287 to Exit 9, Merritt Parkway North, to New England.
Continue
on the Merritt
Parkway
North to exit 42 Westport / Weston.
Turn left at light at end of ramp.
Proceed straight to the blinking red light at Route 136, Easton Road,
and turn left.
Take Easton Road (about 1 mile) to first stop sign and turn left onto
North Avenue.
Go about 1/2 mile on North Ave. to end of road.
Turn right onto Coley Town Road (no street sign) and then make
immediate left onto North Avenue Extension.
Continue on North Ave. for 1/2 mile and look for Fraser Road on right.
Turn right into Fraser Road and proceed to #6, about 400 feet, and turn
right into drive way.
It is ok to park in the driveway and street. Please respect the
neighbor's yards.
FROM HARTFORD, SPRINGFIELD (MA), and POINTS NORTH (TRAVELING SOUTH ON MERRITT PARKWAY):
Take
I-91 South to the
Merritt
Parkway South to exit 42.
Turn right
at light at end of ramp.
Proceed

TAKE THE TRAIN FROM NYC TO THE WORKSHOP:
Here's another way to get to the workshop from NYC and not have to deal with the traffic. You can take the MTA Metro North train to the Westport train station. The train leaves Grand Central Terminal at 10:07 am and arrives in Westport at 11:11 am. The cost from GST to Westport on Sunday (which is off-peak) should be $10.75 each way if you buy the ticket at the station. Let us know if you are coming by train and we might be able to pick you up at the station, or you might have to take a taxi to the house which will cost about $12.00. If you get to the station and need to call us use the numbers below.
